RuPaul's Drag Race led a Repeal the 8th chant at their Dublin show last night
LAST NIGHT, SOME starry alumni from the reality show RuPaul’s Drag Race took to the stage in Dublin’s Olympia Theatre as part of the RuPaul’s Drag Race — Battle of the Seasons live show.
Michelle Visage was the hostess for the evening and attendees were treated to performances from the likes of Adore Delano, Sharon Needles and Katya.
All in all, it was a pretty fabulous night.
Earlier yesterday, one of the show’s performers, Courtney Act, called on Ireland to repeal the Eighth Amendment in a Snapchat post.
And when she took to the stage in Dublin last night, she decided to reiterate her earlier calls and delivered an impassioned speech about a woman’s right to choose.
She then led the crowd in a “Repeal the 8th!” chant.
